FCB Credit Reports

A credit report is a document containing full or partial information regarding a subject's credit history, information about him and / or his obligations under loans, conditional and possible obligations. Information providers are responsible for the reliability of information reflected in the credit report.

At the heart of the FCB's cooperation is the principle of equal exchange, which implies obtaining information only if the Client provides the information available to him about his borrowers.

Types of credit reports

The basis of the identification credit report is a general information unit about the subject of the credit history, which contains identification and address information for assessing the reliability of the data identifying the subject of the credit history, as well as the affiliated unit, if the subject is an individual; and also includes information from possible public sources with reference to the source of information.

The report does not contain information on the credit obligations of the subject of the credit history.

Report containing negative information is a short form of the credit report about the subject of the credit history, which contains information of the identification report, as well as information about the liquidation of the subject of the credit history which is a legal entity by a court decision or the presence of past-due indebtedness in excess of ninety ( 90) calendar days.

The report includes the identification data of the subject of the credit history, data on the amount of past-due indebtedness and the number of days of delay, indicating the contract code and the date of the information's relevance.

The primary credit report contains, in addition to information identifying the subject of the credit history, information about its obligations and consists of the following blocks:

  • Data on the subject of the credit history - information about the individual (full name, information about the documents, address of residence and other information) or legal entity (name of the organization, information about the documents, address and other information);
  • Additional information: for an individual - information on the scope of activity, education, the nature of employment, affiliation, etc., for a legal entity - the scope of activities, information on the number of employees, information about the CEO, etc.;
  • General information on the obligations of the subject as a borrower / co-borrower for loans, guarantor for issued guarantees /suretyship, mortgagor for property pledged, etc.) - general information on current and completed contracts (number of contracts, total outstanding amount, total amount of past-due indebtedness and other information);
  • Information from possible public sources with reference to the source of information, as well as information on the number of requests made for this subject.

Standard credit report, including all information from the primary credit report, also contains detailed information on existing contracts, under which the entity acts as guarantor, borrower / co-borrower, mortgagor, etc., and serves to assess the performance of the entity current obligations.

This type of credit report also includes information from possible public sources with reference to the source of information, the number of requests for credit reports made by participants in the system. A distinctive feature of this type of credit report is the availability of detailed information on the current obligations, indicating the creditor, the number and date of the contract, the purpose of the loan, contract security, the total amount and amount of obligations (current and overdue), payment discipline for the last 24 months and other information related to contract execution.

The extended credit report includes all information from the standard credit report, and also contains detailed information on completed and withdrawn contracts, which makes it possible to assess the payment discipline of a potential borrower and its credit history not only at present time (subject to existing obligations) but also in past. The information in the extended credit report is represented by the following blocks:

  • Data on the subject of the credit history - information about the individual (full name, information about the documents, address of residence and other information) or legal entity (name of the organization, information about the documents, address and other information);
  • Additional information: for an individual - information on the scope of activity, education, the nature of employment, affiliation, etc., for a legal entity - the scope of activities, information on the number of employees, information about the CEO, etc .;
  • General information on the obligations of the subject as a borrower / co-borrower for loans, guarantor for issued guarantees /suretyship, mortgagor for property pledged, etc.) - general information on current and completed contracts ((number of contracts, total outstanding amount, total amount of past-due indebtedness and other information).

This report includes brief information on the guarantee /suretyship issued in favor of the lender and specified in the request. The request must contain the name of the bank issuing the bank guarantee /suretyship, the name of the debtor (principal), the number and date of issue of the bank guarantee / suretyship assigned by the issuing bank, the amount and term of the bank guarantee / suretyship or event in the event of which the guarantor's obligation is terminated.

The answer contains information about the subject with the specified in the request search parameters, as well as information on the number of requests for credit reports for the subject for the last 7,30,90,120,180,360 days.

A separate block includes information from possible public sources with reference to the source of information.

Connector

The first credit bureau is pleased to offer its customers specialized FCB Credit Connector software to automate the process of transferring / updating information and obtaining credit reports.

FCB Credit Connector allows:

  • Timely transfer / update information, thereby, without violating the terms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the transfer / update of information;
