Banking Ombudsman

The banking ombudsman is an independent person who performs the settlement of disagreements arising from a mortgage loan agreement between a bank, an organization that carries out certain types of banking operations and a borrower - an individual upon his application with the aim of reaching an agreement on the satisfaction of the rights and legally protected interests of the borrower and the bank, the organization that carries out certain types of banking operations.

In other words, when a borrower has certain difficulties with the monthly repayment of his mortgage loan in whole or in part, and the bank has not responded to his application, or the reply does not satisfy the borrower, then in such cases he has the right to apply to the banking ombudsman for resolving disagreements.
